Delivery time inside Jeddah: 5-9 PM (The driver will be contacting you for delivery).

Refund policy:

• URBE OPTICS does not accept returns on items sold through the Online Store. However, we do accept returns if you receive an incorrect or defective item. Returns of incorrect or defective items will be refunded in the form of online store credit. 

• Selected items can be exchanged within 3days from the date you received your order. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• All returned sunglasses must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable condition with all original packaging attached. We will not accept any items that are not in this condition.

• If you believe you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via WhatsApp or email.
